1. Purpose
Some adRobin plans do not show a credit meter. This policy explains what "fair use" means on those plans, so that the Service stays fast and affordable for every customer. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Plans with a credit allowance are limited by their credits. The technical limits in section 4 apply to them as well.
2. What is covered
Plans without a credit meter are designed for the marketing activity of one small or medium business. Typical use includes a few campaigns per month, their creatives for each channel, edits and regenerations, questions to the statistics assistant, and publishing to your own social accounts.
Most customers never notice any limit. The measures below are meant only for exceptional use.
3. How we measure use
We measure each business's use of AI features during the billing period by its processing cost. This is the cost of the AI models used for your requests, compared with the price of your plan.
Publishing, scheduled metrics updates, viewing your data, manual edits and exporting your content are never limited under this policy.
4. Technical limits (all plans)
To protect the Service against errors, automated use and abuse, the following apply to all plans:
- limits on the number of actions per hour and per day, for example generations, imports or chat messages;
- a limit on the number of generations running at the same time.
These limits are set well above the pace of normal human use. When you reach one, the app tells you when you can continue. No error is recorded and nothing is lost.
5. Measures for exceptional use
When a business's use during the usage cycle (the billing period, or each month on an annual plan) reaches the following thresholds, measured as processing cost as a percentage of the plan price excluding VAT, we apply these measures in order:

| 50% | New generations move to a slower queue, one at a time. You are informed in the app. |
| 75% | Slower queue, and a lower daily limit on image generations. We contact you to discuss options: continue in the slower queue, buy a priority pack, or move to a custom plan. |
| 100% | New AI generations are paused until the next usage cycle begins (the next billing period, or the next month on an annual plan), unless you buy a priority pack or agree a custom plan. Publishing, metrics, viewing stats, manual edits and exports keep working. |
A priority pack restores normal priority (no slower queue and no pause) for 30 days; if your subscription ends sooner, it covers only the days left and its price is reduced proportionally.
The current values for each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the app. We will never charge you anything extra without your express agreement.
6. Uses that are not allowed
The following are not fair use and may lead to suspension under the Terms of Service, after a warning where appropriate:
- sharing one account among unrelated businesses;
- using the plan to provide services to third parties, for example agency work for clients, unless your plan allows it;
- automated or scripted access, or attempts to circumvent limits;
- reselling access to the Service or to its outputs as a service.
7. Changes
We may adjust the thresholds and measures in this policy. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change that is less favourable to you. If the change materially reduces your plan, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a proportional refund of any prepaid period not yet used.
