Cookie Policy

Version of 2026-09-30

In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, keep information in your browser. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.

2. Cookies we set

We set only cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service you request and keep it secure. Under the Portuguese electronic communications law (Law 41/2004), they do not require your consent.

NamePurposeDuration
access_tokenKeeps you signed in (secure, HttpOnly, only sent to our API)Browser session (token valid for 60 minutes)
refresh_tokenRenews your session securely (secure, HttpOnly, only sent to our API)Browser session (token valid for 48 hours)

3. Cookies set by our providers

These cookies are also strictly necessary. They are set only in the situations described:

NameProviderWhen and whyDuration
__cf_bmCloudflareOur site is delivered through Cloudflare. This cookie is set only when Cloudflare's bot protection is active, to tell people from automated traffic.30 minutes
cf_clearanceCloudflareSet only if Cloudflare shows you a security check and you pass it, so you are not checked again.As set in our security settings (30 minutes by default)
__stripe_mid, __stripe_sidStripeSet on the pages where our payment provider's script is loaded, to process payments and prevent fraud.1 year / 30 minutes

The anti-bot check on the sign-in, registration and contact forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not set cookies. It analyses signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

4. Local storage

The app stores some information in your browser to work properly:

  • your language;
  • your theme and interface preferences, such as list or grid view;
  • your session state;
  • drafts you have not yet saved, such as company setup or campaign drafts;
  • your cookie choices (mib-cookie-consent).

This information stays on your device and is not used to track you.

When you first visit, we show a banner that explains the cookies we use and asks for your choice:

  • Strictly necessary cookies are always active, because the Service cannot work without them.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and off unless you accept them. We do not use any today. If we introduce them, they will only be activated for people who have accepted them.

Your choice is saved in your browser. We also keep a record of it on our servers, to show that we respect it:

  • a random identifier;
  • the choice you made;
  • the version of this policy;
  • the date;
  • your IP address and browser;
  • your account, if you are signed in.

We keep this record for up to 3 years after the choice is replaced or withdrawn.

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of our pages. We ask again when this policy changes.

6. How to control cookies in your browser

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use some features.

7. Changes

The version and date of this policy are shown at the top of this page.
